Silver Garde Uhlan Helmet Desk Ornament. This superbly detailed desk ornament was recently obtained in Germany. Ornament is comprised of a miniature silver-plated Garde Uhlan (Tschapska) measuring approximately 4" in diameter and 2 ¾" in height with a 3/8" square "mortarboard" top complete with cockade. Helmet features a Prussian eagle front plate with Garde Star and is complete with detailed convex chin scales. Helmet sits atop a crossed lance & Uhlan pattern Saber.
