Luftwaffe Non Take-Down Gravity Knife. Paul Weyersberg, sword within wreath double-oval TM. Nickel-plated fittings, to include end cap and grip spine, show light surface wear with no lifting or pitting to the plating. Blade spring mechanism is stamped "00" with the base of the spike Waffen Amt stamped. Medium brown, nicely grained wooden grip plates show minor surface, but no cracks or chips and are complete with eight retaining rivets. Polished blade grades EX++ retaining portions of the cross graining with surface wear/runner marks and some minor scratches primarily to reverse, but no sharpening to the cutting edge. Reverse blade is marked, "Rostfrei". Knife is complete with undamaged nickel-plated lanyard ring. Nice Weyersberg example recently veteran obtained in the state of Pennsylvania.
