Tailor’s label with owner’s name and date in pocket: “OTTO MEIS ERFURT, ANGER 42, DR FOSCHMANN, 1623” and dated “11.8.39”.  Field Grey ribbed gabardine material shows light wear with one minor moth hole to lower left sleeve. Forest green collar shows light age with hand sewn collar tabs which are post war applied. Bullion eagle above left breast pocket is hand sewn showing almost no age, but some separation to bullion threads and is also post war applied. Right breast pocket has loops for one award and one set of loops below. Shoulder boards are piped for Medical service which feature the “Staff of Asclepius” device and two pips for rank of Captain. Jacket is fully lined in green artificial silk and sleeves are lined in striped black and grey artificial silk.  EX+/EX++ (28915) Consignment SOLD
