Flag shows almost no wear, damage, or fraying and measures 29″ X 53” with reinforced hoist end with rope loops on each end. “Capture” shoe-tag is tied to rope loop with hand written note: “August 1944, German – flag Hdqtrs in St. Tropez, France (one day after its capture)”.Veteran acquired from our source.
