Description
PAUL WEYERSBERG, SOLINGEN sword and wreath within double-oval TM. Nickel silver hilt fittings show wear to pommel and crossguard with 90% of the gold wash remaining on pommel and crossguard swastikas. Blue leather grip shows major wear/scuffs to obverse/reverse and is complete with tight double aluminum wire wrap. Plated blade grades EX showing light surface wear/runner marks and many nicks to cutting edges with very minor platting loss to tip. Reverse blade is Waffen-Amt stamped and complete with blue leather blade buffer pad. Dent-free, blue leather scabbard shows surface scuffing primarily to one side but, no rips and tears. Dent-free, upper and lower nickel silver scabbard fittings grade EX+ showing only minor surface wear/age, and are complete with all four, undamaged retaining screws and is complete with blue leather crescent -shaped hanger.
