MUTZENFABRIK, LEOPOLD APPERT, NACHT, INOD/SAAR with stylized shield and circle with image of leopard in sweat-shield. Sweat-shield is also marked “56”. Beautiful “police green” body with saddle shape and orange piping showing no moth bites and no detectible surface moth nips/tracking. Brown cap band grades MINT as does the visorb and cap strap. Police cockade and eagle are correctly applied and grade EX++. Inside of cap shows almost no wear but, sweat band is cracked and torn in two/three areas. A beautiful “officer quality” police EM visor. EX++/Near MINT.
