Description
Imperial Forestry Hirschfänger. Beautiful ivory grip features three brass “dots” on obverse side. Standard fluted clamshell and down-turned hooves crossguard. Double-engraved slab-type blade has typical hunting scenes with hunting dogs and elk and is complete with original felt buffer pad. Overall, the blade grades excellent, with much spotting. Scabbard consists of upper and lower brass fittings and an attached separate scabbard for skinning knife which is missing. Exc.(27215) $995.
