Paul Weyersberg, Solingen, sword within wreath double-oval TM. Nickel-plated fittings, show light surface wear with no speckling, lifting or pitting to the end cap, spine or spike. Blade spring mechanism is stamped “43” with base of spike stamped with a Waffen-Amt stylized eagle and an indiscernible number. Light brown, fine-grained wooden grip plates show light surface wear to obverse/reverse with a 1” scratch to the obverse plate, but no cracks or chips and are complete with eight retaining rivets. Polished blade grades EX+/EX++ showing light surface wear/runner marks with a small nick to cutting edge. Reverse blade is marked, “Rostfrei” and knife is complete with undamaged nickel-plated lanyard ring. EX+/EX++.
