RZM M7/19 and 1938 (Eduard Wusthof, Solingen) etched TM. Plated hilt fittings show light age/wear and almost no speckling/lifting to plating along edge of upper and lower crossguards. Dark – brown, grip shows almost no age and one or two very faint depressions but, no cracks or chips with grip eagle and SA insert properly inset. Mirror polished blade grades MINT showing almost no wear/runner marks and no nicks or cuts to the cutting edge. 100% of the cross-graining is present throughout the length of the surface of the blade. Deeply etched motto retains 99% of the artificial blackening to the background. Dent-free, steel scabbard retains approximately 99% of the period black enamel and shows 2 – 3 areas of spidering but, no major wear or age. Plated silver scabbard fittings show almost no age and no dents or scratches but, lower scabbard fitting does show two areas of very minor speckling. Ball is undamaged and undented. EX++.
