Description
No maker. Nickel-plated hilt fittings show lights surface wear to pommel and crossguard with superb detail to the Red Cross emblem on the obverse langet. Black bakelite grip plates are perfect with no cracks or chips. Sawtooth blade grades EX+ showing speckling and gray shadowing, but no pitting or nicks to cutting edge and no damage to the sawtooth spine. The reverse ricassso is marked “Ges. Geschützt” and blade is complete with leather buffer pad. Dent-free, steel scabbard retains approximately 80% of the black enamel showing some wear/surface scratches. Dent-free, nickel-plated scabbard fittings show minor surface wear and no damage. Dagger is complete with unmarked frog which grades EX+ showing some wear but no damage.
