Description
No maker. Nickel-plated hilt fittings show minor surface age with superb detail to the Red Cross emblem on the obverse langet. Black bakelite grip plates are perfect with no cracks or chips. Polished, double-sawtooth blade grades EX++ showing only minor runner marks but, no gray shadowing, pitting or nicks to cutting edge and no damage to the double-sawtooth spine. The reverse ricassso marked “Ges. Geschützt” and blade is complete with tan leather buffer pad. Dent-free, steel scabbard retains approximately 95% of the black enamel and very minor spidering to the to the obverse/reverse shell. The dent-free, nickel-plated scabbard fittings show minor surface age with no damage to the retaining screws. Nice uncleaned example. EX++
