These grip plates seem to fit some fireman’s and some K98 bayonets, but do not seem to fit fire official bayonets. They have small diameter holes.
They measure 2 13/16″ long. The holes are 1 13/16″ apart center to center. What seems to be most important with fit is that the top hole is 17/32″ to the center of the hole from the top of the plate. This measurement is shorter on some bayonets.
