Description
Short Police bayonet with blade measuring 7.5” from black leather buffer pad to tip of blade. The blade has minor runner marks, has not been sharpened and the tip of the blade remains in a point. The reverse side of blade has the Alcoso Solingen trademark. The aluminum hilt fittings show normal age/wear, have the stag grip plates with rivets in place and a zinc insignia set in the stag grip plates. The black lacquered scabbard has minor scratches on both sides but overall retains approximately 97% of paint. The ball on scabbard has no dents. The brown leather frog shows normal age/wear and the stitching is intact. The Police portepee is tied around the frog and appears to be in MINT condition.
