F.W. HOLLER, SOLINGEN with thermometer in double oval TM. Silver-plated hilt fittings show patinaed pommel, crossguard and ferrule and is complete with undamaged yellow grip. Polished blade grades EXC++ showing only minor runner marks, a tiny spot of age close to crossguard and about two inches down on obverse side, but no pitting or nicks to cutting edge. Tip of blade remains in a point and is complete with brown leather blade buffer pad. Dent-free scabbard shows patination and matches the color of the hilt fittings. Dagger is complete with hangers showing almost no wear to fabric straps and metal fittings. Upper and lower fittings are D.R.G.M. marked and set comes complete with tied MINT portepee.
