Description
SMF SOLINGEN, seated king TM. Nickel-silver hilt fittings show almost no surface wear showing sections of dark patina. No damage/wear to black enamel swastikas on the quillon block. Tip of right crossguard is caster stamped “K. Blue leather-covered grip shows minor surface wear/age with minor nicks in the leather. Plated blade grades EX++ with runner marks, couple of minor pits, light speckling, and no damage to blade tip. Blade is complete with original blue leather buffer pad. Blue leather covered scabbard shows a couple minor nicks in the leather. Nickel-silver upper and lower scabbard fittings have a couple minor scratches/dings, no damage to the ball of the lower fitting, and all 4 screws are present. Scabbard throat is stamped with “59” on right hand side and a “swastika 95” and “G” on the left hand side. The integral dark blue leather hanger grades EX+ showing wear/age only with age patina to the nickel-silver retaining planchet and upper clip that works properly.
