Description
Early Model 1933 SA Dagger by C.Lutters & Cie.-(Lowenwerk)-Solingen. It rates 10 out of 10 for rarity on McSaars SA rarity list. The blade has some speckling throughout, however, there are no chips to the cutting edge, normal runner marks, and the tip of the blade remains intact. The acid etched “Alles für Deutschland” motto and maker mark are both dark and beautifully executed. It has solid nickel hilt and scabbard fittings. The reverse lower crossguard is marked “Wm” for Westmark. The dark brown grip shows normal age/wear but no cracks or chips. The solid nickel eagle and SA roundel are properly inset in the grip. The lower scabbard fitting shows some minor scratches near the ball and the ball has some very minor dings. All four scabbard screws remain intact. The steel based brown anodized scabbard is in excellent condition with just a few minor scratches to the edge of scabbard. Complete with the scabbard 0-ring attached to the upper fitting.
