Nickel-silver hilt fittings show uncleaned surface wear/age patina with reverse lower crossguard marked “Nrh” for Niederrhein. Medium brown, fine-grained wooden grip shows light surface wear with two faint depressions and two very minor surface chips with silver grip eagle and SA insert properly inset. Mirror polished blade grades EX++ showing surface wear/runner marks with no nicks or cuts to the cutting edge. Deeply etched motto retains 90% of the artificial graying to background. Dent-free, steel scabbard retains approximately 85% of the brown anodization with surface scratches to lacquer. Nickel-silver scabbard fittings show surface wear/yellow age patina matching the hilt fittings with no damage to fittings or ball.
