Description
Carl Eickhorn Squirrel Holding a Sword TM on reverse side of blade. The plated, single etched blade has light runner marks but is in overall EXC++/Near MINT condition. The single frosted etching states the “Zur Erinnerung an meine Dienstzeit” flanked by Army eagles and retains 100% of it frosting. The brown buffer pad is present and remains intact. The hilt has some minor lifting/speckling. The two grip plates are tightly secured with rivets and the reverse plate appears to have some minor damage to the diamond section of the plate. The black enameled scabbard shows wear with scratching throughout but retains approximately 70-75% of its paint and is dent free. The frog shows age/wear yet all the stitching and rivets are intact.
