Description
Head of stamp measures approximately 1″ across. Circular stamp has the political eagle in center. Construction of the stamp is of brass. Reverse is marked, “Linche & Mook, Dresden”. Has metal bar running across stamp with two holes where it probably had been mounted onto a handle for stamping. This stamp can be used with either an ink pad or gold leaf. RARE! Exc++
