Triangular Pennant constructed of red woven linen measures 12 ¼” long x 8 ¼” wide with double sided embroidered black Reich service pattern swastika on a white ribbed silk circular background with black embroidered border. In the upper corner adjacent to the pennant pole/staff is a white double-sided embroidered eagle with feather detail and swastika in black thread. Pennant is complete with metal attaching pole/staff and is encased in a double sided clear, heavy cellophane protective cover edged with deeply grained burgundy leatherette and three snap fasteners on the pennant pole/staff edge. This pattern pennant was used by officials of the Reich Service Administration. Pennant fabric shows only light age, no damage, and with no cracks or tears to the cellophane or leatherette binding.
