Description
This superbly detailed desk ornament was obtained in Germany. Ornament is compromised of a miniature silver-plated Garde Uhlan (Tschapska) measuring approximately 4″ in diameter and 2 3/4″ in height with a 3/8″ square “motarboard” top complete with cockade. Helmet features a Prussian eagle front plate with Garde Star and is complete with detailed convex chin scales. Helmet sits atop a crossed lance & Uhlan pattern Saber. Helmet shows only light wear/age with no loss of plating, with one tiny peck on the underside of the motarboard. Rare Garde Uhlan desk ornament in superb condition! Exc++/Near MINT
