Description

No maker.  Nickel-plated hilt fittings show surface wear to pommel and crossguard with superb detail to the Red Cross emblem on the obverse langet.  Black Bakelite grip plates show no chips or cracks.  Polished, double-sawtooth blade grades EXC++/near MINT with no chips or cuts to cutting edge and no damage to the double-sawtooth spine.  The blade is complete with leather buffer pad.  Dent-free, steel scabbard retains 65% of the black enamel showing scratches throughout.  Dent-free, nickel-plated scabbard fittings show minor surface wear but no damage.  Black leather frog shows wear/age, maintains all of its rivets and stitching and is stamped with an “H” on the lower reverse side.
