No maker. Nickel-plated hilt fittings show minor surface hazing but, no loss of plating, and with superb detail to the Red Cross emblem on the obverse langet. Rich orange, solid celluloid grip, aged slightly darker on the obverse, shows virtually no surface wear with only a few very tiny marks. Nickel-plated blade grades near MINT with only faint wear and no pitting or nicks to the cutting edges, and is complete with brown leather buffer pad. Dent-free nickel-plated scabbard shows minor speckling to bands with square holes, but no damage to the pebbled panels. The scabbard throat is retained by two, side-mounted dome-head screws which appear to be unturned. Dagger is complete with hangers showing only light age/wear to bullion facings edged with double-red stripes sewn to gray/tan velvet backings with no rips or tears. The unmarked upper aluminum clip, oval buckles and slices slides retain much of the factory frosting with some wear to the lower clips.
