Description

No maker.  Nickel-plated hilt fittings show surface wear to pommel and crossguard with superb detail to the Red Cross emblem on the obverse langet.  Black Bakelite grip plates show no cracks or chips and are in EXC++/Near MINT condition.  Double-sawtooth blade grades EXC+ with light runner marks, minor graying, no chips or cuts to cutting edge and no damage to the spine.  The blade is complete with black leather buffer pad.  Steel scabbard retains 80% of the black enamel showing only minor paint scratches throughout. Dent-free, nickel-plated scabbard fittings show minor surface wear but no damage and has all screws.  Black leather frog has all stitching intact, minor wear/age at belt loop, and is stamped on reverse “Joseph Moll Goch 1939”.
