Description
Seated King over SMF SOLINGEN TM. The blade is deeply etched with the “Alles für Deutschland” motto, has some graying/speckling throughout, no pitting or nicks to cutting edge and tip remains intact. Nickel plated hilt fittings with the reverse side of lower crossguard stamped with “No” (Nordsee). Wooden grip shows normal wear with one tiny hairline crack between the upper crossguard and SA roundel on obverse side. The silver eagle and SA roundel are properly inset. The scabbard is dent free and retains 70% of its brown paint. The nickel-silver plated scabbard shows wear with the lower fitting showing a split in the side near the ball and damage to one of the screw holes (missing the screw). The ball of the lower fitting is also dented.
