Description
Hammering Siegfried centered in E.P. & S – Solingen trademark. Blade grades EX/EXC+ showing light runner marks/speckling throughout. The motto “Alles für Deutschland” retains 80% of the original graying of background letters. The Röhm inscription, “In herzlicher Komradschaft Ernst Röhm” retains 95% of etching. The hilt is nickel-silver and the lower crossguard reverse side has the “No” marking for Nordsee. The brown wooden grip has a light hairline crack on the obverse side above the SA roundel and another hairline crack on the reverse side near the upper crossguard. Otherwise, the grip is in Near MINT condition with no chips and fits snug with the crossguard. The nickel-silver eagle and SA roundel are properly inset. The anodized scabbard is dent free but missing the majority of enamel. The nickel-silver scabbard fittings show age/wear, a few minor scratches but no dents, other than the ball is slightly dented on the tip.
