Description
Carl Eickhorn Solingen, squirrel within small double-oval TM. The 16” blade is triple acid etched and depicts the hunting scenes. The blade has not been sharpened and has some minor nicks on the spine. Complete with leather buffer pad. The brass hilt on this piece is nicely finished retaining the majority of the lacquer. The clamshell has great details of a target and crossed rifles. Both ends of the quillion ends are hooves. The grip is stag and has three matching acorns. The scabbard is black leather, has the two decorative lines running the length of the scabbard on both sides, and the stitching remains intact. Both matching brass fittings are secured with staples that have matching number “2” under each staple. Missing throat of scabbard.
