“3nk 58” (year of manufacturer) to obverse ricasso and accountability number A01871 to reverse. Gilded brass hilt fittings show wear and retain 100% of the gilting to the pommel cap and Soviet star. Light orange celluloid grip is perfect with no cracks or chips. Plated mirror finish blade shows minor runner marks and grades Exc++/near MINT and is complete with black leather blade buffer pad. Black leather-covered scabbard has minor wear depressions but no rips or tears and is complete with upper, center, and lower gilted fittings with two suspension rings. No missing rivets on scabbard fittings. Obverse upper fitting is etched with Soviet Star and sunburst with reverse depicting the Kremlin. Dagger is complete with near MINT hangers, belt and buckle.
