Description
Peter Dan Krebs lobster TM. Nickel plated hilt fittings are in perfect condition showing no wear. Pommel cap has the two runes convex within a circle on a black background. Grip is perfect with no chips or cracks. Attached to the hilt section is the original NCO portepee featuring two tan lines running down a black strap with a black slide, off-white body and black cap; off-white stem has the runes within a circle on the obverse and reverse. Bottom dot has the same material used on the strap. Inside the strap is the original cloth tag which is marked “RZM 158 35” with SS runes within a circle. Portepee grades EX++. Typical matte finish blade is in near MINT condition and is complete with white washer. Upper scabbard fitting is SS proof-marked. Scabbard is totally dent free and retains about 98% of its original factory paint with a satin-like finish. Premiere condition sword in today’s market, and would be incredibly difficult to upgrade.
