This folder measures 11.5” x 8.5” and features a beautiful colored assemblage of an outside scene with two cherubs holding a clothes line of baby clothes, a baby wrapped in a ribbon with a rattle and bottle in two other ribbons dangling over a baby carriage representing a delivery of a baby while two younger children are beside the carriage. Telegram on inside of cover is dated 25 4 1939, Nr. 11 and has the greetings and congratulations from the sender on the arrival of a new baby. Inside of back cover is blank and back cover has two children with backpacks playing. Exc++
