Description
AWS within the “scales of justice” and ALCOSO, SOLINGEN TM. Unique hilt in the shape of an owl with light age and no damage or excessive wear and even patination throughout. Base of Owl is marked with a crown, half moon, “800”, GM and “10”. Owl is mounted to plexiglass base which has replaced the ferrule. Blade grades EX++ with some very minor areas of speckling and light runner marks and is complete with leather blade buffer pad. Scabbard shows almost no wear and patination consistent with the rest of the dagger. Dagger is complete with tied portepee which shows wear and age. Certainly a unique and unconventional specimen.
