Description
Rich. Abr. Herder – Solingen encircling a double diamond trademark. The blade is EXC++/Near MINT condition, no nicks or chips, light runner marks, tip of blade remains intact, and complete with buffer pad. The nickel-silver hilt set is beautifully detailed. The grip has no chips or cracks, but appears to have a slight deformity to the lower right side near the ferrule. The dent free steel based scabbard is wonderfully detailed with its pebbling and oak leaf and acorn bands. The throat retaining screw remains intact. The hangers show a great deal of age/wear with fraying especially near the upper hanger clip and the reverse side of the hangers fabric has a great deal of wear/missing fabric areas.
