Description
JP Sauer & Sohn SUHL maker marked. The blade has a deep SA motto, “Ulles Fur Deutschland”, has runner marks and some pitting/nicks on both sides of the blade. It has nickel crossguard fittings, with the lower crossguard marked “Fr” for Franken on the reverse side. The medium brown wooden grip shows minor age/wear but no chips or cracks. The grip eagle and SA roundel are properly inset in the grip. The scabbard has no dents, and the scabbard fittings have minor scratches and tiny indentations on the lower fitting including the ball. All 4 scabbard screws are in place, and the o-ring on the upper scabbard fitting is present.
