Admiral Voss was present during the assignation attempt against Hitler on 20 July 1944. Admiral Voss had the unique distinction of being awarded the 20 July 1944 wound badge in all three grades. In his capacity as Navy Liaison Officer, Voss accompanied Hitler, Goebbels and their entourages into the Fuhrerbunker under the Reich Chancellery building in central Berlin in 1945. In the final days of the Third Reich, he became a close confidante of Goebbels and his wife, Magda Goebbels. The most historical dagger we have had to offer in years! EX+/EX++ (27855)
