GEBR. HELLER, MARIENTHAL, b. SCHWEINA/THR. with balloon man TM. Nickle-silver hilt fittings show light surface wear and one scant chip on the reverse black enamel swastika on the quillon block. Tip of right crossguard is caster stamped, “K”. Blue leather-covered grip shows almost no surface wear, with a very minor depression on the reverse and grades EX++. Plated blade grades EX++ with runner marks and very fainting speckling along the obverse tip, but no damage to the cutting edges and is complete with buffer pad. Blue leather covered scabbard shows minor surface wear and age patina, with minimal wear to leather. Scabbard throat is stamped with the NSFK Icarus with swastika. The integral brown leather hanger grades EX+ showing minor wear only with age patina to the nickel-silver retaining planchet and unmarked upper clip. Consignment
