Postal Protection Official’s Dagger by Paul Weyersburg (30201)

Maker: Paul Weyersburg; Condition: EX+/EX++

Out of stock

This is the first Postal dagger that we at JRB&M have had to offer in over a year! This model dagger seemed to have really “dried up”. The Postal that we are offering on this update was a “walk-in” at the recent SOS Show and is in very nice condition. The black ebony grip is chipped just above the lower crossguard. Bottom of the same crossguard is stamped “1357” and “DRP” (Deutsches Reichs Post). The double edged Weyersburg blade will grade MINT. The original black scabbard paint is 97%. Dagger features a nice original nickel chain with the standard “D.R.G.M.” (German Protection of Patents) on the reverse of the nickel clip. We were beginning to wonder where all of the Postal daggers had gone! Most likely this model dagger is rarer than initially believed to be. EX+/EX++
