No maker. Early nickel-silver hilt fittings show minor surface wear/age patina, with portions of factory darkening remaing in recesses of crossguard detail. Dark brown stag horn grip plates are perfect with no cracks or chips and show nice age toning. Polished blade grades EX+ showing minor surface wear/runner marks and some light gray speckling near crossguard, but no pitting or nicks to cutting edge. Deeply-etched motto shows light wear to the original light gray background frosting. The “No Maker” blade is not marked with the RAD diamond or “Ges.Gesch”. Dent-free steel scabbard retains approximately 95% of the original black enamel showing wear primarily to the lower right edge with minor scratches to obverse/reverse shell. Nickel-plated scabbard fittings retain approximately 98% of the factory lacquer with a small depression to the left and right edges of the lower fitting with much factory darkening remaining in the upper fitting scroll motif and the lower fitting spade and wheat stalk motif. The fittings are complete with undamaged flat head retaining screws. EX+/EX++.
