Description
PAUL WEYERSBERG, SOLINGEN with sword and wreath within double-oval TM. Nickel silver hilt fittings show wear to pommel with some minor nicks to the well. Also, some wear to the crossguard with brass pommel and crossguard swastikas. Blue leather grip shows minor wear/scuffs to obverse/reverse and is complete with tight double aluminum spongy wire wrap. Plated blade grades EX showing surface wear/runner marks and scratches but, no pitting or nicks to cutting edges. Reverse blade is Waffen-Amt stamped and is missing the blue leather blade buffer pad. Dent-free, blue leather scabbard shows one small area of missing leather. Dent-free, upper and lower nickel silver scabbard fittings grade EX++ showing only minor surface wear/age, and are complete with all four, undamaged retaining screws. The blue leather crescent shaped hanger is present. EX.
