No maker. Plain, unadorned nickel-plated hilt fittings show light surface wear and some very minor plating loss but, no major lifting or damage. Black shark-skin grip shows very light surface wear but, no cuts and is complete with tight triple wire wrap. Crossguard is stamped “69. A. 3. 39”. Plated double-etched blade grades EX+ showing surface wear/runner marks but, no lifting or peeling to plating, and is complete with original red felt blade buffer pad. Obverse blade features a raised floral motif and blue panel with unit dedication: “FELD ARTILLERIE REGIMENT NR.69. Panel retains approximately 80% of factory applied blue background. Reverse blade features long panel with floral motif and charging cavalryman on blue background which retains approximately 75% of factory applied bluing. Dent-free, steel, silver scabbard shows surface wear but, no dents or damage. Upper scabbard features matching numbers: “69. A. 3.39”. EX+ (27556)
